Education

B.A. in Christian Music Education (K-12) Performance Track at God's Bible School & College. Graduated in May 2015 with Cum Laude honors. As part of the program I was involved in, I performed a Junior and a Senior Recitals in college. I attended high school in Chihuahua, Mexico; which is where I am from. Therefore, coming to the USA was a big adjustment.

Experience

I have experience giving private music lessons and performing at two different professional level orchestras in Chihuahua, Mexico (OSUACh and OFECh). I joined the first one when I was 17 years old and the second one when I was 19 years old. I left those positions to come to Cincinnati to study Music Education. l grew up in Mexico until I was 19 years old, which makes Spanish is my first language. However, my family would often host guests that would come to town to work with the church and I loved interacting with them which allowed me to start learning a second language (English) early in life. I enjoy helping people, making a difference in their lives, and inspire them to be better at what they do.

Hobbies

I like history and soccer. I enjoy going to parks in Cincinnati to go on walks with my wife and visiting antique shops. I love to travel and meet new people. I am currently the worship leader at the church I attend in Newport, KY and love being part of that community that tries to help and make a difference in the lives of their people. In 2014 I went to Fairbanks, AK in the middle of the winter and fell in love with it! My wife was born and raised there and her family still lives there so we intend to go up and visit whenever we get a chance for it and I definitively love talking about that place every time I get asked about it. I am looking forward to make a positive impact on kids, teenagers, or adults through music and/or learning about a different culture and language.
